Wear your best beauty or beastie costume to the DYC general meeting and Halloween Party on the DYC dock 22 Oct. 25, 7 p.m. Meet the lineup of proposed 2015 DYC board members. Nominations to the board from the floor are welcome. Then it’s time to trick or treat, party down and live it up! This is a pot luck dish to share, BYOB event. Prizes awarded for the best costumes.
